LC Packaging Côte d’Ivoire by LC Packaging West Africa: “We offer tailor-made service”
LC Packaging Côte d’Ivoire is one of the younger entities of LC Packaging and has been supporting customers since 2015. Ranya Bouchib, Managing Director, joined the office in 2016 and is now responsible for the development and growth of the West African market.
Ranya: “I joined the LC Packaging family in August 2016 at Inside Sales. I was entrusted with the role of Operations Manager in 2017 and in January 2020 I took over the position of Managing Director. My main role is looking after the overall profitability of the West African affiliate of LC Packaging as well as directing sales and market developments and monitoring the quality of our products and services according to our customers’ agreements.

The office is located in Côte d’Ivoire, but services all countries in the West African region. Mainly Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Senegal, Mauritania, Cameroon and Gabon. “Each country in the region has its specificities, differences and its own culture. Adapting to those is key to satisfying and retaining our customers. We work on offering not only a tailor-made product, but also a tailor-made service. In addition to the 98 years’ experience of LC Packaging, having our office here locally, is an important reason why customers in this region choose to trust us with their packaging requests”. Local presence offers several benefits: “We can be close and attentive to the needs of our customers and it is very easy to travel within the region and visit them to put our experience at their disposal. We can offer our advice and support for the development of their activities and projects on-site”.
Pricing is one of the challenges our local office too faces in its daily business. “Being in an area where the purchases of packaging is essentially based on price, the biggest and most important challenge of our team is to make sure customers are aware of the importance of value.
