Exceptional warehouse and printing facilities at new HQ

In 2020, LC Packaging moved to a newly built, state-of-the-art headquarters that combines office, warehouse and high-end printing facilities for jute and woven PP bags. Innovation, sustainability and quality are the foundations of our new building.
This move is a great way forward to continue to supply LC Packaging’s customers with high quality packaging for their valued products. The new building is more centrally located and offers more storage space in the new warehouse. The building is 16 meters high and has a 12,500 m2 warehouse and 3,000 m2 of office space.

At a glance
The warehouse holds 29,000 fully loaded pallet places where we store our complete product range, ready for picking. Thanks to our SAP system we have a real-time view of our stock and monitor all purchase and sales orders of the entire LC Packaging group. This means that we can replenish the stock of all affiliates on time. Thanks to our storage capacity and an extensive distribution network, LC Packaging can guarantee in-time deliveries from stock, even during seasonal peaks.
Our printing facilities contain 7 four-colour printing machines for jute and woven PP bags that can print up to 45 bags per minute, 21,600 bags per day per machine! With our automated storage and order picking system, we have reduced our margin of error to a minimum. The so-called ‘Paternoster’ cabinet holds up to 275 clichés divided over 150 drawers. The right print for the right bag can be found in mere seconds.
An international hub of knowledge
The new head office is the center of the entire LC Packaging organisation. On the ground floor, 50 colleagues of LC Packaging Netherlands are active. On the top floor, the umbrella organisation LC Packaging International oversees the entire supply chain and maintains contact with all LC Packaging affiliates throughout Africa, Asia and Europe. The open auditorium between the ground floor and first floor promotes the exchange of information and ideas between the different departments. LC Packaging has equipped its offices and warehouse with modern, sustainable and ergonomic workstations so that colleagues can work together in the most pleasant way.
With close to a hundred years of experience, our goal is to keep expanding our reputation for being a hub of market knowledge and product expertise. Transparency is paramount here. With an in-house market data-centre, we can closely monitor the movements in the markets, allowing us to provide customers with the right information at the right time.
